Yamaha Pattaya Young Talent Competition 2010 Winners

The Yamaha Pattaya Young Talent Competition 2010 is an annual event held on 21 March. It aims to promote Thai youth in singing, dancing, and playing music; the winners hopefully going on to a professional level. Miss Alisa Phanthusak sponsored the ‘Pattaya Fa Mai’ group which donated 105 scholarships for poor but good students in Pattaya.

Pattaya, March 23, 2010,[Pattaya Daily News]: At the Tiffany Pattaya, Mr. Senee Jitkasem, the Governor of Chonburi and Miss Alisa Phanthusak jointly chaired the Yamaha Pattaya Young Talent 2010 Competition. The winners in all categories of youth talent were awarded the HRH Princess Soamsawali’s Cup and Bt5,000 as the 1st prizes. The 2nd and 3rd prize winners won a Princess Cup each, as well as Bt3,000, and Bt2,000, respectively. The results of the under-12 Thai Country Singers were: 1st – Miss Thanchanok Kaewtaeng [11], 2nd-Miss Angkhana Ratthakit [11] and 3rd- Miss Sawitree Khruasaengsai [11].

In the under-12 International Singers competition, the prize winners were as follows: 1st- Kasemrat Khamsri [11], 2nd Phakjira Theerapholkun [10] and 3rd- Thawanya Graduth Brander [11].

The winners of the 13-18 Thai Country Singers were: 1st Kittiya Patthanangam [15], 2nd- Narit Somjit [16] and 3rd- Chawanya Tonjarern [13].

In the 13-18 International Singers , the prize winners were: 1st –Kanyanat Kandee [16], 2nd –Kawinkorn Amphromha [18] and 3rd- Phattharakan Smertwet [15].

In the Team Dancing Contest prizes were awarded as follows: 1st-Life Stage Poppin Girl team, 2nd- Chubby Team, and 3rd – Krabue Siam team.

In the Band Contest, the winners were: 1st-Skeleton band, 2nd-Deva Band, and 3rd-Didoo Band.
