Walking Street Inspected Again By Officials

Pattaya officials have again inspected Walking Street and an exhibition in order to inspect for pirated alcohol, gambling and to check foreigners documents.

PATTAYA – November 19,2014 [Pattaya Daily News] at 00.10 am Mr.Sakchai Tangho-chief district of Bang Lamung-, Mr.Suwichan Rakrattanakorn-director of development and prevention division office of the narcotic control board-, Mrs.Suree Sisuk-officer from the excise department- and about 50 officers had inspected 3 entertainment venues in Walking Street, South Pattaya consisted of Happy Agogo, Lucifer Club and Club Agogo.

The officials had inspected for pirated alcohol and the officials also performed drug test on employees and checked foreigners documents. Upon inspecting the 3 venues the officers didn’t found anything illegal and those operators collaborated with the officials well.

Later the officials went to inspect an exhibition which was held in a field in Soi Naklua 13 after they were notified that there was gambling there. Upon inspecting the exhibition they didn’t find any kind of gambling but the stall that allowed people to throw darts at balloons was a type of gambling.

In addition the stall wasn’t open like they knew the officials knew they coming. In addition the officials found 3 under aged teenagers watching the live music so they took them to the police station.
