Two Men Arrested For Raping Girl In Tattoo Shop In Pattaya

The police have finally arrested two men who raped a girl in tattoo artist house. The girl was raped after she went to get a tattoo with some friends when 2 men turned up and raped her.

PATTAYA – July 5, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News];- at 11.30 am. Pol.Maj.Gen.Sanit Mahathaworn-acting commander-, Pol.Maj.Gen.Suraphol Wiratyosin-deputy commander-, Pol.Maj.Gen.Thanet Pinmuang-ngam-acting commander of Chonburi-, Pol.Col.Pisit Proyroongroj-deputy commander of Chonburi-, Pol.Lt.Col.Khongsak Boonsuebsuwan-deputy superintendent-, Pol.Maj.Natthakorn Mahamongkol-inspector-, Pol.Lt.Amornpop Kankounchorn-deputy investigation inspector- and the investigation team made a statement about arrest of Mr.Sarawut (Ruj) Papol aged 23 and Mr.Prasith (Bang) Tumluengthong aged 22 with a handmade pistol in act of raping the girl.

 

Previously on July the 3rd at 22.30 pm. The girl (victim) and 4 of her friends went to Mr.Somkid (Chang) Suebubon’s home to have tattoo. Later Mr.Sarawut and Mr.Prasith went to the house and claimed that they were the soldiers from the NCPO and they were looking for Mr.Phuek who had robbed a motorcycle from Pattaya but Mr.Somkid told them that he didn’t know Mr.Phuek. Unfortunately Mr.Sarawut and Mr.Prasith saw the girl and they pointed the pistol at Mr.Somkid and took him outside the house before they forced the girl to stripe off and then they raped her before fleeing the scene. The victim then decided to notify the police at Bang Lamung police station.

 

In the morning of July 5th the police officers had arrested a Mr Sarawut at Talad Srabua road and Mr Prasith at Laem Hiang road with the pistol before taking them for a drug test. Upon questioning them they confessed to the rape because the girl was really nice. They worked as labours in an ice and beverage shop. Plus Mr.Sarawut had just been released from military service in May. The men were then set to the prosecution officer to be prosecuted further according to Thai law.
