Two Complained After Confiscated Cellphones Without Return

Two expats complained after they didn’t get confiscated items from Pattaya police.

PATTAYA – March 2,2017 [PattayaDailyNews]; Mr Shaheed Nasrullah Khan aged 36 from India and Mr Darre Mario Dooley aged 53 from America went to meet Pattaya jorunalists after they were confiscated their cell phones by Pattaya police and they can’t contact to get theirs back.


Mr Darren said that he was captured in act of drunk and drive and the officers took their belonging during he was in the court. Later he was released he came to Pattaya police station to get their stuffs back but he can have only his passport.


In addition, he added that he knew Mr Shaheed at the police station because Mr Shaheed also came to station to get his cellphone that he had been confiscated. Mr Shaheed didn’t yet return it too. He tried to contact the officers for several times, however he was just told by the officers that they have no idea about the lost item.
