Two Big Pattaya “Ya-Ba” Dealers Escape PoIice Checkpoint

"Jack" and "Rae" of "Soi Sunee", two known drug dealers were stopped at a check point. They threatned the police with a gun and escaped.

Pattaya, February 27, 2012 [Pattaya Daily News]; Pol. Col. Nuntavuth Suwanlaorng and his team set up a check point in Soi Yailao, Moo 12, South Pattaya, Chonburi province.

A Honda Civic, bronze color, license number WOR NOR-7664 Bangkok, with two men and one girl tries to escape the check point.

The police inspects the vehicle but the driver takes out a gun and threatens the police. Moments later they swiftly reverse and escape on to Sukhumvit road. The police in hot pursuit and the Honda Civic collides with other cars on the road but drives on.


Later, the Banglamung police station reports that they have found the suspects car, the Honda Civic parked in front of the Royal Green Park Village in Soi Khao Talo, Banglamung. Alone in the vehicle they find a girl “Bee” age, 13.

“Bee” said that the two men escaped. They are known as “Rae” and Mr. “Jack” of “Soi Sunee” two big drug dealers in Pattaya who were released from jail a few days ago.

Before the incident, Mr. Rae who is “Bee’s” boyfriend drove to pick her up from a friend’s house in Soi Sunee Plaza, South Pattaya to send her home Baan Yailao, South Pattaya.


While they were driving to her house, they encountered the check point, “Bee” said that she didn’t know why Mr. “Rae” tried reverse and why Mr. “Jack” threated the police with a firearm before escaping.

The police searched the Honda Civic but did not didn’t find any drugs. They found only one pair of handcuffs, two mobile phones belonging to Mr. “Rae”.

The Pattaya police team is on the the case and believes the two suspects will be arrested soon.
