Thief On Motorbike Almost Stole The Necklace

A male Ukrainian almost lost his golden necklace, which was grabbed by a thief on a motorbike, after a lady boy unexpectedly appeared and hugged him.

Pattaya, 4th April 2011 [Pattaya Daily News]: At 1 a.m., Police Sub-Lieutenant, Pallop Ringrod Assistant Suppressing Officer of Pattaya Police Department had been informed that a Ukrainian man caught a lady-boy thief at Nova Lodge Hotel, Moo.9, Nongprue, Banglamung, Chonburi.

The police identified the suspect as Mr. Napat Chamnanpot, a 28-year-old lady boy who resides at 62/4 Moo.5, Takam, Kaibangrajan, Singburi.The Ukrainian man was walking along the beach with his three friends. Unexpectedly Mr. Napat appeared in front of him and hugged him. During the sudden embrace, an accomplice rode by and quickly snatched his golden necklace. However, when the victim screamed out for help, the unknown associate threw the chain back at Mr. Napat and fled the scene. The lady boy picked up the chain and returned it to the owner.

The police believed that Mr. Napat was a partner in crime, who intentionally hugged the Ukraininan as a distraction while his associate attempted stealing the necklace.

Mr. Napat denied all accusations. The police detained the lady boy for further investigation
