Thai Teenagers Caught For AssaultingPolice officer brought two Thai teenagers to reenact at the crime scene where they attacked a security guard.
PATTAYA-1 May- at 11.00am Pol Col Suktad Pumpanmuang-chief of Pattaya police- and police officers had brought Chatree Chaisith aged 20 and Nattapong Simmawong aged 18 to perform reenact on Pattaya beach in front of Amari Orchid resort. Previously, they attacked Songkran Moonsarn aged 48 who is Disit Thani resort’s guard.
On April 29, Songkran was walking on the beach, then the suspects handcuffed and attacked him front of a lot of people on the street. Songkran revealed that he had been extorted by them and he gave them 200 baht; however, they needed more money.
Later the police officers investigated the case and found out that the suspects are Nattapong and Chatree; therefore, the police caught them in a room.
The suspects confessed that they were speedboat riders. On the incident day, they were drinking on the beach before a Thai girl told them that Songkran stole her money. As a result, they rushed to brink the money back for the girl. However, Songkran screamed at them and they were really angry and attacked the man.
However, the police officers initially prosecuted them on charge of assaulting other.
