Thai Girl Caught Stealing Police Shoes In Pattaya

A Thai woman was arrested after she had stolen shoes and clothes from the flats were the police live. She told police that she would sell the shoes for 20 baht a pair at the market.

PATTAYA– November 1, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 03.00 am Pattaya police arrested a Ms.Siriwan Nongharnpitak aged 36 with 13 pair of shoes that she stole from a police flat.

 

POL.SGT.Porraret Bunjong revealed that there were always robberies taking place in the flats were the police live and the thief had taken police clothes and shoes. Therefore the police monitored the flats more closely until on the incident a thief someone spotted the thief running away who was quickly arrested. She was caught red handed with stolen shoes.

Upon questioning Ms.Siriwan she confessed that she had stolen belongings from the police flat twice before and she would sell the shoes for 20 baht a pair at the market.

 

The reporters added that Ms.Siriwan tried to escape as the police were taking her back to re-enact the theft. She jumped out of the police car and she tried to run away but she accidentally fell down and injured herself and had to be sent to hospital.
