Teenager Gunmen Shoots At Truck In Pattaya

A man and his friend who driving back to their accommodation after celebrating a friend’s birthday where shot at by an unknown teenager who pulled his car in front of their pick up before opening fire. The injured man and his friend fled to hide in a nearby temple.

PATTAYA – July 6, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News];- at 06.00 am. Pol.Col.Thammanoon Munkhong-superintendent of Bang Lamung police station- was notified that a man had been shot in his truck and escaped to hide in Wat Chongrom temple. After notification he was accompanied with Pol.Lt.Pisal Hongfahkaew-inspector- to rush to the scene with Sawang Borriboon rescue team.

 

At the scene they found black Toyota Vigo truck which had been shot twice. In addition they found an injured man identified as Mr.Anocha Jodtaeng aged 27 who had suffered a gunshot wound to his right hip.

Upon inspecting Mr.Watchara Fuksakul the 27 year old driver he told police that they he had come from Bang Saen to celebrate his friend’s birthday party at the Race Blue pub in Pattaya Tai. After they finished he was driving back to his accommodation, but when they reached Nong Prue crossroads a bronze Toyota Vios car that pulled in front of them and stopped. Next a man got out who was holding a M 16 and started shooting at him 4-5 times hitting his friend a MrAnocha. They fled to a nearby temple for safety before notifying the police, but the reason why they were shot at was still unknown.

 

However the police had collected the CCTV in the area and will hunt the gunmen to prosecute them.
