Russian Woman Kidnapped By Another Russian Man In Pattaya

A Russian man  notified the police that his  wife was kidnapped by another Russian man. Fortunately the woman jumped from the car and was rescued by some local people.

PATTAYA – November 26, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 14.00 pm Mr.Vladimir Pomytkin a 47 year old from Russia and Miss.Yulia Tikhovskaya 37 year old Mr.Vladimir’s wife notified the police that Miss.Yulia had been  kidnapped by Mr.ALekksandr KuZnetcov a 47 year old Russian who demanded a ransom.


The incident occurred 3 days ago, Mr.Alekksandr told the victim to pick him up from his  house in Soi Pornprapanimit road and he told her that he had some business in Soi Khao Noi road. Later Mr.Alekksandr used a stun gun on the victim’s neck many times. The woman then fought back  and jumped out of the car and asked for help from some  local people. Mr.Alekksandr told the villagers that it’s the couples business but the villagers didn’t trust him so Mr.Alekksandr drove away. The victim then notified the police with her husband.


As the police were questioning the victim, Mr.Vladimir was told by his friend that the car was found at the Big C department store in South Pattaya. However the license plates had been taken off. The officials then went to inspect the scene and found that the plates were in the boot. The police expected that the villain aimed to kidnap the victim in order to ask for money. However the police will hunt for the man  to prosecute him for kidnapping.  Also the officials notified the immigration department to prevent him from fleeing back to Russia.
