Mr Chaowalit Saengutai, deputy governor of Chonburi, said that the official disallowed the operator to use Bali Hai pier anymore and they would destroy the dock soon. However, the officers would provide new pier for operators and the operator would be able to use the new docks during 20.00-05.00.

Deputy governor added that the new piers can support 500-700 boats. However, the problem is it will locate in the heart of downtown and the operator will have to move their boat 7 kilometers from shore which might cause difficulty.

In addition, the official would enforce the law to disallow the operator to send or pick up the passenger on Pattaya beach because this causes traffic congestion to Pattaya Beach road.
