Mr Thaawat revealed that there is the safety rule that driving a car into the area of Bali Hai pier is prohibited. Also the cooperative never serve passengers in this area because they strictly obey the rule. Unsurprisingly some people had modified their motorcycles so they can carry more passenger and they have been taking passengers into Bali Hai pier.

It’s seemingly not a big problem if they just take passengers into Bali Hai pier but they are expanding the service area covering Khaophratamnak hill which is very steep. They are charging around 50-100 baht per a group and the number of passengers is unlimited. Mr Thaawat added that they have taken passengers to Khaophratamnak hill many times. He sees that it’s very dangerous because the road is very steep and they are putting passenger’s lives at risk.

However Mr.Thaawat also complained to Pattaya city official and those involved so that they can solve the problem.
