Chakorn Kanchanawatta, chief of BangLamung, said that Vamco hit Pattaya and it severely damaged property and life. The official is afraid that drainage wouldn’t be abel to shoulder a large amount of water during heavy rain. Therefore, the officials had to discuss to find the best solution.
