Pattaya countdown 2008 at Bali Hai Pier

Pattaya city uses up three million baht for Countdown Party 2008 at Bali Hai pier. Like every other year, there will be many Thai artists and entertainers of Thailand joining the year-end party to countdown for a Happy New Year 2008.

On 13 December 2007, at 10.00AM, at Pattaya city hall, Mr. Wuthiphol Jaruenphol, Chief of Deputy office, Pattaya city, chaired a committee meeting to consider the proposals for New Year Festival, Pattaya Countdown 2008. There were Committee members, five private companies and mass medias, joining to listen to the concept of the event.

Annually, Pattaya city has always organized a Countdown party for New Year. This year, there were five companies who had made proposals and two of them were screened to present the concepts to the committee. They were: S.Y. Signorita Company Ltd. and Right Man Company Ltd.

After the two selected companies had presented the concept, the committee had considered and concluded that S.Y. Signorita Company Ltd. will be responsible in organizing Pattaya Countdown 2008 on 31 December 2007 at Bali Hai pier, South Pattaya.

On the evening of 31 December 2007, there will be entertainments with lights and sound and fireworks. Many of Thai artists and singers are coming to entertain to Thais and tourists who join the Countdown 2008 such as: God Jakraphan, AF#4, Chin, JKI, Cherry Cherry, Punch, Black head, Du Dorkradone, the comedian and Miss Thailand 2007.
