Pattaya, the 26 of December 2009 [Pattaya Daily News]: At approximately 1:00am on Saturday Police Captain Jamrat Thongjinda (Pattaya Police Investigator), received a report that a foreign man had been in a collision on Thepprasit Road, Soi 13. A team of police went to the scene of the accident to investigate further.

When police arrived at the location they were confronted by a severely injured Mr. Abdulblahim Albalusin [31], an Omani national. He was suffering from severe lacerations and bruises to his entire body, medical officers proceeded to treat him at the scene. A search of Mr. Albalusin revealed that he had an amount of 50 Yabba, more than 50 Ya-E and a variety of what looked to be sleeping tablets in the pockets of his shorts

Medical officers informed police that they had arrived at the scene to find Mr. Albalusin so badly injured that they proceeded to treat him on the spot. When trying to remove the clothing and possessions from his body – in order to treat him – they found the illegal drugs. Medical officers notified police and took the man to the hospital for further treatment.

Police investigated the scene further making a report on the incident and gathering all the evidence. Police now suspect that the man had purchased the drugs in order to enjoy the festive season with his friends. After he has finished receiving treatment for his injuries Mr. Albalusin will be arrested and commence judicial proceedings.
