Microwavable Swiss Milk Toffee Recipe

Something for the sweet tooth, easy microwave toffee. For a variety, once cooked add various thing like chocolate buttons, nuts or coconut.

Ingredients:

1 lb Sugar
1/4 lb Unsalted Butter
1 small tin Carnation Evaporated Milk

Method:

Mix all above ingredients in a large bowl (must be large as mixture rises as it boils).

Microwave on high for 18 mins, beating at 3 minute intervals.  Pour onto tray and allow to cool in fridge.  Cut into squares when almost set.
