The resort?s top Thai chefs have promised to present a lavish Thai-style dinner buffet at the Elements restaurant while every guest will receive a complimentary hand-made ?krathong? to float on the resort?s Lagoon Pool overlooking the ocean.

The gala Loy Krathong buffet feast combines colourful local Thai dishes with refined Royal Cuisine, ranging from Palm Heart Salad with Shrimp, Braised Baby Veal Shank with Red Curry and Water Chestnut Sauce, Sour Orange Curry of Seabass and Vegetables, Grilled River Prawns Red Curry Sauce, Thai Herbal Salad with Sea Scallop, Grilled Beef Salad with Young Eggplant, Crispy Vermicelli Salad with Shrimp, Tofu, Bean Sprout and Tamarind, BBQ, and lots more at Elements Restaurant.
