Husband Calls Wife From Foreign Country After Checking CCTV In Pattaya

A house in Pattaya which was been burgled was caught on CCTV after the foreign owner checked the CCTV via the internet from a foreign country. He called his wife who rushed back home.

PATTAYA- December 5, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News] police officer were notified that there was robbery in a house and about 27,000 baht’s worth of belongings had been stolen. After notification the police officers went to inspect the scene. At the scene they found a Ms Jeerawan Yuangdetkla aged 37 the house owner. She told police that she and her child and her foreign husband had lived in the house for 4 years. Her husband went away on business on the 3rd December.

 

On the incident day, at 15.00 pm she went to pick up her son from school and then went shopping at the market. Later her husband called her from a foreign country because he had checked the CCTV in the house and found that there was thief ransacking the house. Therefore she immediately went back to her house and she heard something in the back of the house. Later she inspected the house and she found that the curved steel at the back of the house had been cut. She inspected the second floor and found that the bedroom had also been ransacked and the 27,000 baht that was in a bag that she had left out of the safe had been taken. Fortunately the safe box wasn’t taken because the alarm rang and the thief fled the scene.

 

Upon inspecting the CCTV the cameras they had captured the identity of the thief and the neighbour’s claimed that the thief must be the same person who has robbed them many times. However the police are now hunting the thief so he can be prosecuted.
