Girl Tricked By Gang In Pattaya

A Thai girl was fooled by a gang after they exchanged a dropped handbag that contained gold. Plus she added that she was drugged by the gang and then she gave them all her belongings.

PATTAYA– October 28, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 14.00 pm Ms.Sopa Nennak a 26 year old waitress notified Pol.Capt.Karnjanapat Patthaweesisuttha-female inspector- that she had been fooled by a gang and the gang took her belongings which consisted of gold necklace, gold ring, 1,700 baht and an I phone 5s.

 

Ms.Sopa revealed that she was shopping in the market and a black fat girl asked her to help find her hand bag which she had dropped in the market and she would give her 5,000 baht if she found it. They then went looking for the bag when another woman told them that someone had already found the bag.

Later they negotiated together before coming back to tell Ms.Sopa that there was gold in the handbag. Plus the woman who kept the handbag didn’t give the handbag to the owner until the owner went away.

 

Later they discussed about sharing the items in the bag, however Ms.Sopa had to give them her belongings. She added that she felt like she was drugged and gave them all of her belongings and she took the handbag that contained 20 baht in coins.

 

Pol.Capt.Karnjanapat said that she recorded the incident and ordered the police officers to hunt the gang. In addition there were gangs who fooled people in the local area and the victims always revealed that they were drugged.
