PATTAYA – May 2, 2013 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 00.00, Pol.Capt. Wisanu Chaisuwarn, Vice Suppression Inspector of Muang Pattaya police station, Chonburi, was informed that there were people gathered in a room disturbing the peace and gambling, residents in the area then called the police, the suspects were in a rental room, without numbers, no name, in Soi Honor 9, boxing arena. The police immediately went to check the crime scene.
When reached at the crime scene, police found a mixed of male and female gamblers sitting in a circle, gambling with joy. When police showed his identity and try making arrests, they tried to flee the scene, suspects running in a disorderly fashion, the police made arrests of 7 people, 2 males, 5 females, and seized the evidence, which was contained; a marks informing sign, a plate, a lid, 3 dices, and cash. The 7 suspects are now under investigation.
After investigation, they all confessed that they had gambled, Miss Ratchanok Hardchiu, 37 were the host. The police recorded the police journal, and informed Miss Ratchanok that she was indicted for concealing an illegal gambling scene, and being a host to take and pay money illegally, police now sending Miss Ratchanok to detectives.
