Presentations will last 45 minutes in total giving ample time for a Q&A session by the attendees with the panel experts. Each expert will talk about current projects they are involved in. Robert Collins will also cover supply of developments, infrastructure, impact of the Foreign Business Acts and Pattaya in relation to other resort markets. The seminar will be followed by ESB Sundowners at Sheraton Pattaya Resort. Attendees are welcome to attend Sundowners at the members prices at an entry fee of Baht 300/pax.
