French Men Caught Selling Copied Sport Kits

Two French men have been arrested by Thai police after they had sold pirated goods on the inter net for a long time.

PATTAYA – February 21,2015 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 08.00 am Pol.Col.Suktad Pumpanmuang-superintendent of Pattaya police station- was notified that a foreigner had smuggled pirated goods to sell in Pattaya; therefore he ordered Pol.Lt.Col.Chitdecha Songhong-deputy superintendent- and Pol.Lt.Jung Wongchan-deputy inspector- to investigate.


Later the officers reported that a French man who lived in South Pattaya had sold pirated goods so they asked for court order to inspect the house of Mr.Olivier Simon GuiGui aged 30 from France. Upon inspecting they found 11 boxes that contained 16 football kits. In addition, the police officers found customer accounts that were in France.

The police officers also arrested Mr.Morgan Akcherirlian aged 30 from France who was part of a smuggling gang in room no.303 of the Park Royal Condominium in South Pattaya who also had copied football kits.


These men had a website where they were selling the football kits and they had sold them for a long time.

The police officers prosecuted them on charge of staying in Thailand without permission and selling pirated goods.
