Foreign Body Found Floating Off The Coast Of Pattaya

A body of foreign man was found floating off the coast of Pattaya, its believed that he had drown.

PATTAYA-21st March- [PattayaDailyNews] at 10.00 am Pol.Lt.Sombat Kaewmoonsuk-inspector of Pattaya police station- was notified that a body of a foreigner was found in the sea near Ko Jun island about 1 mile from the shore. After notification the police officers, Marine officers and Sawang Borriboon rescue team immediately rushed to inspect the scene with a Speed boat.

 

At the scene they found the body of foreign man. Initially, they couldn’t identify the nationality but the officers expected that the man night be European. The body was faced down into the water and he was wearing swimming shorts. There was no trace of foul play on the body. It’s expected that he had been dead for about 12 hours. The officers then sent the body to Bang Lamung hospital in order to wait for the autopsy results.

 

Upon questioning Mr.Tom Yutthasunthorn aged 34 a beach operator he revealed that he saw the man in his friends shop the night before. Later the foreign man went swimming and disappeared. He then asked his friend had he seen the foreign man to which he replied no, so they expected that he may of gone back to his accommodation.

 

The police expected that the foreign man might have drowned and the police will question the hotelier. However, they will wait for the autopsy results to confirm the real cause of death.
