Fire Burns Warehouse At Luxury Hotel Site In Pattaya

Fire burnt a warehouse on a luxury hotel construction site in Pattaya, as the labors got alarmed and reported it to the Fire Department. Luckily, it was saved in time, but they have not been able to calculate the damage, and could not fine a clear cause of fire.

PATTAYA – November 1,2013[Pattaya Daily News]; journalist reported at approximately 4:50 am police officers of Pattaya police station with the office of disaster prevention and migration, Pattaya, together went to check the fire cause , in the wood and furniture ware house, of the construction site , of Laguna company, in soi Thep prasit, 7 Moo 12 Tambon Nong Prue, Banglamung, Chonburi .

It was found that the fire burning the wood pile that prepared for hotel and resorts decoration that was under construction . The employees of the company helped watering to extinguish the fire , with the fire fighters those brought a fire truck to inject water to stop the burning fire, they took 10 minutes to eliminate the fire, some of wood in the pile had been burnt.

In a preliminary investigation , the employees of the company told the police that there was no anyone to look after the warehouse, because it kept furniture and woods for ornaments. It happened while the labors who lived outside were sleeping, but suddenly they smelled the smoke, so they went out to check and found that there was the fire, so they brought water truck to inject the water, and called the fire department. For the cause is still not clear exactly, and the damage wasn’t clear either, it had to wait for the executive of the company and concerning staff to check in the morning to find it thoroughly again .
