Deputy Commissioner-General Inspects Immigration Bureau Pattaya

Pol.Gen. Wuth Liptaphallop (Advisor of Deputy Commissioner-General) has inspected Pattaya Immigration Bureau to see if their system is sufficient enough to trace transnational criminals.

PATTAYA – August 27, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; an Advisor of the Deputy Commissioner-General of National Police Bureau, went to the Immigration Bureau of Pattaya city and was also joined with subordinate officers of various branches of mass media who observed the inspection.


Pol.Gen. Wuth Liptaphallop revealed that his visitation was to follow up the 3 dimensional work policy which as follows: 1st dimension: Traffic system; due to Pattaya city being heavily congested with traffic over the last 2-3 months.

2nd dimension : Tourism; at the moment there is a report that more tourists will be travelling to Thailand in the near future due to the up and coming high season and that the NCPO said that there will be no more violence to tourists anymore.


3rd dimension : Examination of the Immigration Bureaus data base to track and locate transnational criminals; an Advisor of the Deputy Commissioner-General found that the work operation is connected with the central sector and is able to find such criminals because recently the immigration police had arrested the head of a large Malaysian mafia gang who was residing in Pattaya.
