The weak southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand cause less rain in the South. The low pressure cell covers the upper Vietnam. Outbreaks of continuous rain remain over the upper country, as well as isolated heavy to very heavy rain in the Northeast. The provinces include Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Roi Et, Nakhon Ratchasima, Surin, Buri Ram and Ubon Ratchathani. There remains rain in Bangkok and its vicinity.
