General Situation
The monsoon trough lies across Myanmar, the North and the upper Northeast of Thailand. The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Rain remain are expected over Thailand as well as isolated heavy rain including province: Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong, Phangnga and Phuket. Bangkok and its vicinity have a risk of thundershowers in afternoon to evening.
The stronger wind waves 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats should keep ashore throughout period.
