General Situation

At 4.00 a.m. today, Tropical storm “MUJIGAE” was centered 110 km Northeast of Naning, Guangxi Province or latitude 23.1 degree north longitude 108.7 degree east with maximum sustained wind about 90 km/hr. It is moving northwest with speed 20 km/hr by weakening as a tropical depression tomorrow. This storm will affect more rain, as well as isolated heavy rain, over the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. People should beware of the severe conditions.
