2 Suspects Arrested For Abducting And Burning Business Couple In Rayong

The detective police team from Rayong have arrested 2 suspects who are accused of killing a loan business couple. They were beaten and strangled before being set on fire.

RAYONG – April 12,2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; From the case that Mr.Phajon Appamata, and Miss Sunisa Arttaweekoon, the loan business couple who had been abducted, killed and their corpses were burnt in the car, in Nikompattana, Rayong, April 10. The progress of the case at 15.00, of April 12, Pol.Col.Shaosiri Punsiriyotin, director of Nikompattana police station revealed that Rayong provincial police had captured 2 suspects a Mr.Buntiang Prompan, and Mr.Kriangkrai Chairipu, and they confessed that they were the deceased’s worker, and they work as collectors for the deceased in the Rayong area.

The police colonel continued to say that the 2 suspects confessed that they killed Mr.Phajon and Miss Sunisa , over 500,000 baht which they had loaned out to somebody in Nonthaburi, but the borrower could not repay the loan and sent Mr Jatupol Sukkasem, 23 years old, and a 3 others to kill l the couple. They used soda bottles to hit the victims’ around the heads, and then they strangled them to make sure they were dead before putting the bodies into a pick-up and setting it on fire.

Journalists reported that the police had arrested two suspects and told them to re-enactment the crime scene. The other 2 suspects are expected to be lying low in Nonthaburi but the detectives are hunting for them.
