Yin Yom Beach Pattaya Heavily Deteriorated

Yin Yom Beach House on Phra Tamnak Soi 5 along with the parking lot was heavily deteriorated. The problem began to occur since last year and harmed the tourists’ confidence in the city. However, there have been no agencies looking seriously into the problem so far.

PATTAYA – June 11, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]: At 14:00 hours on 9 June, the reporter said the overall condition of the deteriorated areas of Yin Yom Beach House on Phra Tamnak. The soil underneath the pavilion and parking area was fully eroded and created a large hole of about 2 meters. This made one side of the pavilion collapsed.

The parking lot and surrounding areas of the pavilion including the public park are now heavily deteriorated with lots of trash. The problem has occurred since last year according to the villager but there has not been an officer or any concerned agency taking serious actions towards solving it. This eventually worsened the problem and adversely affected the city’s image.

Journalists reported if there continues to be no action taken against the issue especially during this rainy season then the pavilion could collapse when it rains heavily and could harm the tourists in the city.
