On the 1 August 2007, at 02.30 am, Pol.Col. Suthin Sabphurng with police team arrested a big gang of Dice Gambling in a Snooker club office on South Pattaya, after being complained by the neighbours that they have been playing gambling without the fear of law. Police arrested another 17 gamblers with gambling evidence.

The players confessed that they have been playing Hi-Low regularly in the Snooker club office in order to get the money to play in Snooker gambling as well. Mr. Phirat Malai (26), addressed at 42/65, Moo 12, Naklua, Banglamung, Choburi, the gambling host was arrested with the gang of 17 players.
