Walking Street Cracked Down For Trafficking

Officials inspected Walking Street in order to crack down drug and trafficking.

PATTAYA-9 August-[PattayaDailyNews]; at 21.30pm Mr Narit Niramaiwong, chief of Chonburi, was accompanied with Maj Col Chatchai Sripho-On, senior deputy chief, to inspect entertainment venues in Walking Street.

 

The officers focused on human trafficking and drugs. The officers checked ID card of employees and performed drug test as well. Upon inspection the officers found 7 employees without ID card and no one failed drug test.

 

In addition, the officers campaigned the operators to put “Anti-Human Trafficking” sticker in front.

 

Mr Narit said that the officials intensify to crack down trafficking in Thailand and the officers will always patrol to keep control according to policy of ministry of internal affair.
