CHONBURI – May 29, 2014, [Pattaya Daily News]: Ms. Tim, one of the villagers reported to the concerned agency about the problem that water cannot be used for domestic consumption and this eventually raised household expenses as a person will have to buy drinking water of THB 350 to THB 500 per week. This affects people’s living conditions and it caused quite a lot of money to build these wells.

The villager revealed that the problem has occurred 5 to 6 years back and although the report was made to the community leader, the issue remains unsolved. The villagers expected the problem originates from the nearby plant which is the only industry in that area.
