Vietnam Police Exchange Knowledge with Pattaya Police

Police from Vietnam have visited Pattaya police station in order to observe and exchange knowledge of the way they work and operate. The visit was also to strengthen relations between Thai and the Vietnam police.

PATTAYA – July 17, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at Pattaya city police station, Chonburi province, Pol.Maj.Gen.Associate Professor Dr. Pham Ngok Ha (Deputy Commissioner of Royal Police Cadet Academy of Vietnam) and a group of representatives of the Ministry of Public Security, Socialist Republic of Vietnam) came to observe activities at Pattaya police station in order to see how Thai police work and operate so they can apply any new knowledge back in Vietnam.

 

The group of Vietnamese police attended a meeting where they listened and exchanged their work and experiences. After that they visited various offices in the police station and also watched a demonstration of the special operations unit before giving souvenirs to each other.

Pol Maj.Gen. Associate Professor Dr. Pham Ngok Ha said that he was very pleased with the visit and the activities observed. For the Vietnamese police visit to Thailand it was not only to exchange knowledge and work experiences but also to enhance the relationship between Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Thailand.
