Update on Dead Thai Man

Police have updated the case where a Thai man was found dead in his truck.

PATTAYA-Recently- According to the case that Mr.Surat Kaewsawee aged 32 was killed in his truck on November 16th at 05.00 am in front of Nateekarn parkview village, the police officer arrested and questioned Mr.Thanat Kunachaikit aged 36 who was a security guard of the village. Initially, he claimed that the man was drunk and tried to change the flat tyre on his truck. Later Mr.Thanat and friends tried to help him but they argued with each other and later they found him dead in his truck.

 

On 17th November, Pol.Col.Pramote Ngampradit- superintendent of NongPrue police station had inspected the CCTV footage in the area of the crime scene where they found several suspicious things. Later the police officers took Mr.Thanat to be questioned further at the police station and he also failed a drug test. However, he still instead that he didn’t have anything to do with the man’s death.

 

Upon questioning another guard of another village he revealed that he spotted the man parking his car in front of the village in order to change the spare wheel and him and Mr Thanat argued with him before attacking him killing him.

 

Pol.Col.Pramote added that the officers had sufficient evidence to prosecute Mr.Thanat even though he still rejected any allegations.
