Two Men Surrender after Kidnapping Pattaya Businessman

2 men who attacked and kidnapped a Pattaya business man have surrendered to the police.

PATTAYA – September 23, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 18.00 Mr.Kriangkrai Panchaipum aged 25 and Mr.Natee Sipromma aged 28 who handed themselves into Pol.Col.Suppatee Boonkrong-acting superintendent of Pattaya police station- after they previously conspired with Mrs.Boonnam Yodthonglang aged 40 and Ms.Hataipan Yodthonglang aged 37 to kidnap Mr.Thanasak Pibulsukying who was Mrs.Boonnam’s wife.

 

Mr.Kriangkrai revealed that normally he and Mr.Natee were markers in a snooker club which Mr.Plem Panchaipum who was his relative and snooker club owner had rented the land off Mrs.Boonnam for several years. Later Mrs.Boonnam asked them to kidnap Mr.Thanasak but she never paid them. They claimed that they attacked the victim because Mr.Thanasak fought back. After that they realized that they were being hunted by the police so he decided to surrender.

 

Pol.Col.Suppatee revealed that Mrs.Boonnam and Ms.Hataipan Yodthonglang had already been bailed. Initially the police officers prosecuted Mr.Kriangkrai and Mr.Natee in act of attacking and kidnapping others. However the police bail was set at 100,000 baht.
