Tulip Group unveils most luxurious development in Pattaya to-date

Leading developer in Thailand, the Tulip Group, led by CEO, Mr. Kobi Elbaz, officially unveiled its latest world-class Centara Grand Resort & Residence project at a recent launch party in Pattaya.

HE Mr. itzhak Shoham, Israeli Ambassador to Thailand and Mayor of Pattaya City, Mr. Itthiphol Kunplome presided over the ribbon-cutting ceremony, while other Bangkok-based high profile personalities such as Khunying Rose Boribalburibhand and her daughters Runcha and Romanee Thienprasiddhi, Cindy and Byron Bishop, Emi and Jimmy Narin Apichairuk, Yachitr Yvaboon and her family, Thanong Purananda, Napatsawan Chillanond, Pornpan Jiranansuroj and Nuchanaart Raveesangsoon were seen mingling with the over 1,000 guests.

 

All were feted to free-flow of Chandon and delicious finger food provided by Centara Grand Mirage Pattaya. A special beachwear fashion show by Regardez Moi, performances by the Dance Legends and music scratched by internationally-renowned DJ Nakadia provided never-ending entertainment for the guests.

The party ended with a spectacular fireworks display followed by the release of 200 Lanna-style lanterns into the night.

  

Located on 20 rai (3 hectares) of much-sought after beachfront plot of land on Jomtien Beach, the new five-star hotel and residential development will consist of three towers, one of which will contain the 250-room Centara Grand Resort. The other two towers, the Centara Grand Residence, will consist of 283 luxurious apartment units, of which CB Richard Ellis has been appointed as the sole sales agent.
