Notes:
Accidents, involving, motorbikes happen all too frequently in Pattaya and Thailand. Police need to enforce all traffic laws including not allowing vehicles in poor condition on the roads; and prosecuting reckless and/or drunk drivers.

Many roads are in poor conditions, which cause accidents. In addition, many traffic signals do not operate, causing total chaos at busy intersections.

Enforcement of helmet laws is important; but other infractions such as speeding, running red lights and driving against traffic should be enforced as well.
