Three Charged For Selling Fake Mobile Phones And Perfume

Three merchants were charged for selling imitation mobile phones and perfumes at Tuk Com Department Store.

Pattaya, 14 June 2011 [Pattaya Daily News]: Pol. Lt. Col. Chaidit Panyameuansakul (Deputy Superintendent of the Intellectual Property Rights Centre Region 2) was informed that three merchants had been selling imitated mobile phones and perfumes at their shops in Tuek Com Department Store in Nonprue.

Chatchai Haikratok, 24 was arrested with ten fake Iphone and Ferrari phones. Umporn Kongkeaw, 32 was found with eight fake Nokia and Ericson phones while Taksin Jurananon, 50 was arrested with four bottles of fake perfume.

All suspects were detained at the Police station for further questioning and legal proceeding for selling imitation goods.
