Thieves Snatch Gold Necklace In Sattahip

A Thai man who was praying during the Chinese New Year had his gold necklace snatched by 2 Thai men who fled on motorbikes.

SATTAHIP – February 18,2015 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 11.00 am Mr.Pudsadee Pulsawas aged 47 who was a gas tank operator notified Pol.Lt.Kanchanapat Pattaweesuda-female inspector of Sattahip police station- that his gold necklace with gold amulet had been snatched by 2 Thai men.

 

Mr.Pudsadee said that he was worshiping god during Chinese New Year in front of his shop when a fat man who was riding a motorcycle with no license plate snatched his gold necklace and another thin man riding another motorcycle protected him. Therefore, Mr.Pudsadee and his employees chased after them and kicked the thin man off his motorbike but the fat man with the necklace fled away.

 

Pol.Lt.Kanchanapat revealed that the officer recorded the incident and she ordered the officers to hunt for the man. In addition, the gang had snatched belongings many times in the local area but the police couldn’t arrest them. Also the officer would like to warn people not to expose their ornaments because they might fall victim to these types of crimes.
