Thieves Broke Into 3 Rooms Stealing Over 100,000 THB

Thieves broke into 3 rooms in a row and took more than 100,000 baht worth of property before escaping unpunished.

PATTAYA – February 27, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 02.00 am., Pol.Lt.Col.Sombat Kaeomul, detective officer of Pattaya police station Chonburi, was notified that there was a theft involving several rooms, in Color Villa, 162/77 , Jomthain Nives, Village, moo 10, South Pattaya, Nongprue, Banglamoong, Chonburi, so he went to the crime scene.

At the crime scene was a house that had been modified into rental rooms. On the second floor, room numbers 103,104 and 105, showed traces of the doors being pried. Mr.Jakree Daokhao, 25 years old the owner of the room 105 said that after he finish his massage class, he found that the room been broken into and the lock was ruined and his laptop worth around 30,000thb was missing. The police found finger prints on the door, but not sure whose they belonged to so they kept as evidence.

In room 104, MR.AMIR ASHOURI, 50 year old, Iranian, was the owner told police that $ 1000 cash , and a Samsung mobile phone were missing. As for room 103, the lock had been cut but the owner wasn’t there so the police weren’t sure what had been taken.

Upon Miss Banjong Peekchaiyapoom, 33 years old landlady told police that the house had been broken into by thieves 3 times before and wasn’t sure if it was the same gang. She had seen an Indian man who sells Roti went up the stairs but he did not live there but when he saw her he ran away. Then there was an afro teenage guy came in and stole things, but he got away unpunished.

However, the police took pictures for evidence and would take finger prints to checked on their data base back at the police station.
