Pattaya, the 14th of July 2008 [Pattaya Daily News]: The Lofts Southshore condominium project is modeled on one of Raimon Land’s projects with a similar name in Bangkok. The Pattaya site is perched on a hillside in the area overlooking Pattaya Bay, and offers stunning 360-degree views of the sea, Pattaya City and surrounding area just minutes from downtown and the beach. “At the quick pace that investors are buying new condominiums coming onto the market in Pattaya, The Lofts Southshore is certain to attract plenty of interest from smart investors,” Raimon Land’s CEO, Nigel Cornick maintained.

Mr Cornick also pointed to the outstanding success already achieved in the Pattaya real estate market by his company’s established projects. “Northshore was our first project in Pattaya and we have seen values increase by 70% to 80%,” Mr Cornick stated. He continued “Pattaya’s strong performance as a luxury property destination is also being fuelled by sustainable economic expansion along the eastern seaboard, with a gross domestic product growing faster than any other region in Thailand, and the beach resort destination is at its core.”

Mr Cornick added that high rental yields could also be achieved as exhibited at Northshore, where 8-10% yields are already being realised and future capital gains are expected to be handsome. Mr Cornick also pointed to Raimon Land’s 187-unit Northshore project, which was launched in 2004 and sold out before its completion in 2006.With such illustrious projects as The Lofts and Northpoint to add to the other 10 projects being developed in Thailand, Raimon Land’s position as the country’s top developer is reinforced, which can only be good news for investors keen to achieve high returns on their investments, both in terms of resale and rental yields.
