Thai Woman Attacks With Chopper

Three Thai women have been injured after attacking each other with a chopper and a piece of wood on the side of a road in Jomtien.

PATTAYA – March 27,2015 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 2.00 p.m., Pol.Lt.Col. Chaloemkiat Sirimak (Inquiry official of Pattaya city police station, Dong Tarn Curve sub-branch) was notified that a woman had been attacked with a chopper and was severely injured on the side of Jomtien 2nd road, Moo 12 Tambon Nong Prue, Amphur Banglamung, Chon Buri province, so he rushed to inspect the scene together with the rescuer team of Sawang Boriboon Tharmma Satharn Rescue Foundation, Pattaya city.

 

When they arrived at the scene they found Miss Somjit Meerach, aged 37, who had been injured who was then sent to Hospital. Also at the scene was Miss Suphawadee Shee-kwang, aged 36, and Miss Suphit Khamhongsa, aged 38 were the trouble makers.

 

Upon questioning Miss Suphit Khamhongsa, she told the police that before the incident occurred she and her friend a Miss Suphawadee Shee-kwang, went to the shack in order to collect Miss Suphawadee belongings but Miss Somjit Meerach wouldn’t let them go inside and then tried to attack Miss Suphit with a large chopping knife so they ran away. A few moments later they went back armed with a piece of wood but Miss Somjit attacked them with a chopper so Miss Suphit grabbed the chopper and attacked Miss Somjit’s with it injuring her hand and head.

Miss Suphawadee Shee-kwang said that she used to live in the shack with Miss Somjit Meerach but had moved out on the incident day and later returned to collect her belongings with Miss Suphit Khamhongsa but Miss Somjit wouldn’t let her which led to them attacking each other.

 

The police will question the victim and the 2 troublemakers in more detail and if they are found guilty, they will be prosecuted according to the Thai law.
