Thai Thief Soils Himself When Arrested

A Thai man who broke into an apartment was quickly arrested by police. During the arrest he was so frightened he soiled himself.

PATTAYA – June 1,2015; [PattayaDailyNews]; Pol.Lt.Sombat Kaewmoonsuk- inspector of Pattaya police station- was notified that there was a robbery in a room no.B2 in M&N apartment. After notification the police officers rushed to inspect the crime scene.


At the crime scene the police found Ms.Thanchanok Charoenphon aged 34 waiting for the police. She told the police that her room had been ransacked and 2 gold necklaces, 3 gold bracelets, 5 gold rings, a cell phone and 25,000 baht had all been taken from her room.


Upon questioning her the victim she told police that she had been to a restaurant with her friends and when she came back her room it had been ransacked.

Upon inspecting the CCTV the officers found out that the thief was a Thai man who was tall and thin approximately 170-175 cm tall. He looked like he was drunk and broke into the room using a screwdriver.


Pol.Lt.ombat revealed that the police officers had tracked the villain and a patrol team found the man drinking in Soi Buakaw , Central Pattaya; therefore, the officers arrested him and took him to Pattaya police station for questioning. Plus, the man was really frightened and soiled himself.


He was identified as Mr.Boonnam Saengthong aged 39 and upon searching him they found the stolen phone and the other items he had given them to his friend who the police are now looking for to prosecute him too.
