Thai Teenagers Shot Each at Each Other

Two groups of Thai teenagers shot at each on the streets of Pattaya after they couldn’t come to an agreement about their problems.

PATTAYA – June 30,2015 [PattayaDailyNews]; at 21.00 pm Pol.Lt.Col.Pummipat Namputtha- inspector of Bang Lamung police station- was notified that 2 groups of teenagers were shooting at each other. After notification the police officers rushed to the crime scene.

 

At the scene the officers found a Honda Wave motorcycle and some other motorcycles which had been damaged by gun fire and there were also six 9 mm bullet shells 100 meters from the damaged bikes and a car which had sustained gun shot damage to its roof.

Later the police were informed by Bang Lamung hospital that 2 injured people had arrived who had been shot so they rushed to the hospital. At the hospital they found a Toyota Vigo truck which belonged to the injured but the police didn’t find anything illegal. The injured were identified as Mr.Chalit Kwanyuen aged 24 who had been shot in his bottom and Ms.Suphaporn Singhawien aged 20 who had been shot in the chest and was severely injured.

 

Upon questioning the eyewitnesses they said that the 2 who were injured were talking to another man who was approximately 25 years old when he started shooting at them so they shot back at each other many times.

Pol.Col.Chatchapol expected that the shooter might have left the gun in the woods near the crime scene. However, the police officers intended to investigate the case in more detail.
