Thai Man Stabbed By 3 MenA man was attacked and stabbed by 3 men who pretended to be police in a staff room of an engineering division. It’s expected that the attack was linked to a personal issue.
PATAYA-25th April-[PattayaDailyNews] at 01.00 am Pol.Lt.Manot Thipwet-inspector of Bang Lamung police station- was notified that a man had been stabbed in a staff room of a Pattaya engineering division. After notification the police officer rushed to the crime scene.
At the scene the officers found a bed which was covered with blood stains and the room had also been ransacked. The injured man had already been sent to hospital and was identified as Mr.Arnon Wilanan aged 29, he had been stabbed twice in his back, once in the stomach and once in the right ear.
Upon questioning eyewitnesses they revealed that 3 Thai men went and knocked on the door of the room and Mr.Arnon answered the door and they told him they were police subordinators, they then pushed him back into the room and locked the door. The eyewitnesses then heard screaming and Mr Arnon was shouting for help. The men then came out of the room and quickly fled the on a Honda Wave motorcycle leaving the injured man in the room.
The police expected that it may be a personal issue; however, they are now hunting for the attackers so they can be prosecuted according to Thai law.
