Thai GF Injures Herself In A Leap Of Spite

A 35-year-old woman jumped off the third-floor terrace of a Phra Tamnak Hill condo after a fight with her boyfriend. She had jumped off the terrace to get his attention, and suffered spinal injuries and a broken ankle. She was rushed to Pattaya Memorial hospital.

PATTAYA – October 21, 2012 [Pattaya Daily News]: at 2 a.m., a report of a person falling from a high building and getting seriously injured was received by Pol. Lt. Col. Kiattisak Sratong-oi, the vice director of the suppression division, Muang Pattaya police station. He rushed to the scene with patrolling forces and the rescue team from Sawang Boriboon Dhammasathan Muang Pattaya.

The incident occurred at Ruamchoke Condo 7, soi Phra Tamnak 5, moo 12, Nongprue, Banglamoong, Chounburi.

When police arrived, they discovered the injured victim lying on the ground crying for help. She was identified as Ms.Thornthida Tharnthorncharern, age 35. Ms. Thornthida had fallen from the third floor of the building and had seriously injured her spine. She also suffered a broken left ankle. The rescue team performed first aid and sent her to Pattaya Memorial hospital.

In their preliminary investigation, police were informed that Ms. Thornthida had earlier been quarreling heatedly with her boyfriend in their room. So to spite him, she went to the terrace of their room and jumped off. Police will later question the victim and her boyfriend to get their versions of what happened.
