Teenage Student Beaten Unconscious At Bangsaen Beach

Saensuk police and Bangsaen beach security officers were notified about a group of teenagers fighting on the beach resulting in a 16-year-old secondary school student found unconscious in the water.

At the scene the police saw a group of tourists watching an injured and unconscious teenager Mr. “Ong” age 16, lying in the surf. He was swiftly resuscitated by the rescue team and rushed to the hospital.

Upon interrogating a group of teenagers who were Mr. Ong’s friends they said, that they were secondary school grade 4 students from a school nearby. After they finished their exams they persuaded a group fellow students to swim at Bangsaen beach.

While swimming they joked and made fun of some local teenagers. A quarrel strated and soon they were fighting. The students ran away and Mr. Ong was left behind in the sea. Soon he was attacked by the local guys who beat him viciously until he lay unconscious in the sea. Thereafter the gang dissapearad.

The people on the beach helped Mr. Ong and carried him up from the surf and contacted the police and the rescue team.
