Teenage Bike Thieves Caught in Pattaya

Six Sattahip teenagers were stealing motorbikes in Pattaya. Three were arrested and three escaped. The two stolen bikes were found and the owners will be notified.

Pattaya, August 22, 2011[Pattaya Daily News] ; Police Lieutenant Vitsanu Chaisuwan, Pattaya police was notified about teenage gangs stealing motorbikes in Pattaya.The teens were arrested at the old bridge, in front of the Walking Street road, Pattaya beach road.

The arrested teens nicknamed; Mr “Kak” age18, the girl “Pleum” aged 14 years and Mr ” Tae ” age 16 and two motorbikes: a Honda Wave 125i with a license Pattaya license number and another bike, Honda Groopi-I, Chonburi license. There were three more teens who managed to escape on a motorbike. The police found that three teens live in Baan Tao Thaan, Tambon Sattahip. They confessed that they were not studying but stealing motorbikes in Pattaya. Mr ” Kak”and girl “Pleum” claimed that they had bought the bikes. But Mr “Tae” said that other motorbike that he rode, was stolen by his friend,

Police restrained the three teenagers with handcuffs. The motorbikes were examined. The police found that the Honda Groopi-I motorbike missing since August 8, 2011,owner Ms Kannika Songwattana was stolen in front of Bangkok-Sattahip passenger building ,Moo 1 Tambo, Sattahip province.

The police will inform the motorbike owners and also arrest the three teenagers who escaped and contact the parents of the three arrested teens.
