Swedish Man Jumps To His Death

A Swedish man was crazy before jumping down dead from the balcony.

BANGKOK- December 20, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 03.00 am Pol.Lt.Pleng Runnakun-inspector of Lumpini police station that a man had jumped to his death from the 13th Floor of Bevery Tower.

 

At the scene they found the body of Mr.Jen Victor Bengtsson aged 24 from Sweden who suffered from fatal facial injuries, and breaks to his legs and arms. The police officers were happy that there was no evidence of any foul play and that the deceased had taken his own life.

 

Officers questioned Mr.Steven Riches, aged 49 from England, who was the room owner. Mr Riches informed officers that previously he had surfed Facebook and found that the deceased’s relatives were searching for Mr.Jen who was known to be roaming around in Kaosarn road. The deceased also stated that previously he had stayed in Koh Samui but had run out of money. The deceased was very upset and disturbed about his situation and had tried, unsuccessfully, to take his life before several times.

 

The deceased had contacted his relatives to ask them to collect him that morning, however he never made it through to the morning. Mr Riches notified police officers than the night of the 19th the deceased had rampaged his apartment and was in a very angry state of mind. Mr Christian, a friend of the deceased from America, was called to try to calm the deceased down. Despite everything appearing normal and the situation calmed, the deceased said he needed a cup of tea, as he stood up he dashed to the balcony and threw himself off.

 

Officials have sent the body to perform an autopsy at forensics center in Chula hospital.
